Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last Updated: October 10, 2026
All sales of industrial machine knives, shredder blocks, and custom cutting tools by HK BladeTech (the "Seller", a direct Hong Kong industrial knives exporter) to the purchaser (the "Buyer") are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms in full.

1. Quotations and Pricing

The validity period, shipping costs, and allocation of duties and taxes are stated in the quotation or order confirmation under the agreed Incoterms. Seller reserves the right to correct clerical errors in quotations or invoices.

2. Custom Orders and Tolerances

For custom machine knives and OEM manufacturing:

  • Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided drawings and specifications.
  • Applicable dimensional and geometric tolerances are defined by the approved drawing and confirmed in writing before production.
  • Seller is not liable for fitment issues if the manufactured part matches the Buyer's approved drawing.

3. Payment Terms

Our preferred payment term is 100% T/T in advance. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing and specified in the quotation or order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Force Majeure

Production and shipping estimates depend on the approved specifications, order quantity, and production requirements and are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Transit and arrival dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays may arise from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including carrier delays and customs inspections.

5. Quality Claims and Remedies

Claims for incorrect, damaged, or nonconforming products are reviewed against the agreed order specifications and available evidence. Please provide the order reference, supporting photographs, and a description of the issue. An appropriate remedy may include replacement, correction, or refund, depending on the verified circumstances and the agreed contract. Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HK BladeTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of production time or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the products.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory legal rights that apply to the order.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from the international export of our products shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
