In-Stock Items: Standard granulator blades and shredder blocks typically ship within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Custom Manufacturing (OEM): Lead times vary based on complexity and material availability (typically 3-5 weeks). An precise estimated ship date will be provided on your Proforma Invoice.
2. Shipping Methods
We leverage Hong Kong's status as a premier global logistics hub to ship our industrial blades worldwide. Available methods include:
- Express Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-6 business days). Best for urgent replacements or light shipments.
- Air Freight: (5-10 days). Cost-effective for medium weight orders (>45kg).
- Ocean Freight: (20-40 days). Best for heavy bulk orders and palletized blocks (>500kg).
3. Incoterms & Customs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard shipping terms are FOB Hong Kong or EXW (Ex Works).
Import Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. HK BladeTech provides all necessary commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the reinforced plywood crates or packaging appears damaged, please note this on the carrier's delivery receipt and take photos before opening. Any claims for shipping damage must be reported to the carrier and HK BladeTech within 48 hours.
