Product availability is confirmed on enquiry. Production lead times depend on the approved specifications, order quantity, and production requirements. Production and shipping estimates are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination and order, shipping may be arranged by:
- International courier: Subject to destination, shipment size, and carrier availability.
- Air freight: Subject to the agreed shipping arrangements.
- Ocean freight: Subject to the agreed shipping arrangements.
Transit estimates depend on the route, carrier, and customs process. We do not guarantee a fixed arrival date.
3. Incoterms & Customs
Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs responsibilities depend on the agreed quotation and Incoterms. The applicable terms are confirmed in writing for each order.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect the shipment on delivery. If you notice shipping damage, report it promptly to the carrier and HK BladeTech with the order reference, a description of the damage, and supporting photographs. Keep the packaging where practical so the issue can be reviewed.
