Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales of industrial machine knives, shredder blocks, and custom cutting tools by HK BladeTech (the "Seller", a direct Hong Kong industrial knives exporter) to the purchaser (the "Buyer") are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms in full.

1. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Seller reserves the right to correct clerical errors in quotes or invoices. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless explicitly stated as "DDP" or "CIF".

2. Custom Orders and Tolerances

For custom machine knives and OEM manufacturing:

  • Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided drawings and specifications.
  • Unless specific tolerances are agreed upon in writing, standard industry tolerances for machining and grinding shall apply (+/- 0.005mm for precision surfaces).
  • Seller is not liable for fitment issues if the manufactured part matches the Buyer's approved drawing.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 100% T/T in advance for first-time orders. For established accounts, terms may be Net 30 days upon credit approval. Products remain the property of HK BladeTech until fully paid.

4. Delivery and Force Majeure

Shipping dates are estimates only. Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, carrier delays, customs inspections, acts of God, or labor disputes.

5. Limited Warranty

HK BladeTech warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HK BladeTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of production time or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the products.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from the international export of our products shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
