Return Policy
Last Updated: January 28, 20261. Return Authorization (RMA) Required
No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our engineering and support team at info@hk-bladetech.com to request an RMA before shipping any product back. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in 100% resalable condition. Blades with rust, mounting marks, or edge damage cannot be returned.
- The original commercial invoice or packing slip must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-made / OEM machine knives manufactured to your specific drawings or material requirements.
- Used, modified, or sharpened blades.
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".
4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost international return shipments.
A standard 15% restocking fee may apply to all non-defective returns to cover factory inspection and repacking costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
As a direct manufacturer, we pride ourselves on strict quality control. However, if you received a defective item or the wrong part, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a priority replacement and cover the shipping costs for the correction.
